Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags attached.
Can I try an item on before returning it?
You may carefully try an item on to check the size and fit. Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or affected by odors will not be accepted for return.
Can I return an item if the tags have been removed?
No. Items with the original tags removed are not accepted for return.
